## About the Role

* Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience developing Power BI reports and dashboards in an enterprise environment.
 * Demonstrated experience with ETL and Reporting/BI tools.
 * Proven ability to serve as a Technical Lead for a team of 4 or more developers.
 * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively address both technical and non-technical audiences.
 * Strong understanding of data models, data visualization best practices, and enterprise reporting standards.

## Description

* Lead the development, redesign, and modernization of legacy reporting into new Power BI solutions.
 * Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to a team of 4+ Power BI developers.
 * Work closely with business partners, data engineers, and ETL developers to ensure accurate data sourcing from BigQuery data marts.
 * Develop visually effective, accessible, and standardized reports aligned with organizational reporting and accessibility requirements.
 * Ensure all Power BI assets follow established governance, security, and documentation standards.
 * Perform testing and validation to ensure accuracy, reliability, and consistency across all reporting products.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, verify data elements, and support enterprise reporting needs.
 * Produce and maintain technical documentation, report specifications, and support materials.
