Non-Technical Qualifications and Skills: * Motivated to learn and grow their IT skills. * Ability to communicate across multiple teams and clearly articulate requirements and business needs. * Diligence and commitment to ensure successful implementation and delivery to the customer. * Good oral and written communications skills. * Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills. * Motivated individual who wants to integrate with multiple teams to complete initiatives. * Familiarity with general work safety practices, around office and field construction sites. * Valid driver's license and the ability to fly and drive long distances on and off road. * Ability to work under deadline pressure with several responsibilities at the same time. * Proven organizational skills. * Experience working within a team, knowing when to ask for help, and handling diverse personalities.
