## Description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator with 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud, production support, user administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and day-to-day Salesforce operations., * Administer and maintain Salesforce environments, including production and sandbox environments.

 * Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve Salesforce-related incidents.
 * Manage users, profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, and access controls.
 * Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
 * Work extensively with Salesforce Data Cloud for data management, integration, and configuration activities.
 * Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for process and platform improvements.
 * Support data loading, cleansing, migration, and maintenance activities.
 * Work with business and technical teams to gather requirements and implement Salesforce solutions.
 * Troubleshoot integration and data-related issues across Salesforce and connected applications.
 * Prepare and maintain technical and functional documentation.
 * Support Salesforce releases, deployments, testing, and change management activities.
 * Provide end-user support and training when required.
