ability to lead without authority and influence across teams and stakeholders. * Experience applying AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or comparable) to streamline backlog refinement, sprint reporting, and team documentation is strongly preferred., * Experience with FAA or federal IT programs serving as a Scrum Master. * Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and tools is desirable. * Experience with large-scale programs or large solutions and coordinating work across multiple teams. * Knowledge of relevant metrics (flow metrics, lead time, cumulative flow, etc.) and how to interpret them to drive improvements., * Existing FAA suitability determination or transferable federal background investigation strongly preferred ## Description * Facilitate and coach Agile teams supporting FAA initiatives to improve flow, predictability, quality, and timely delivery of solutions. * Facilitate agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, system demos, retrospectives, etc. * Maintain delivery visibility across scope, schedule, risks, and dependencies across multiple efforts; coordinate cross-team dependencies, surface constraints, and report status to leadership without assuming product or resource ownership. * Facilitate the identification and resolution of dependencies and risks across teams;
