Responsabilidades Lead onboarding, implementation, testing, deployment and adoption projects for customers Coordinate terminal operators, IT, Product, Engineering, Data and Support teams Manage project plans, timelines, risks, milestones, and customer communications Support integrations with Terminal Operating Systems (TOS), equipment systems, APIs and data platforms Coordinate user acceptance testing, training, and go-live activities Serve as the main point of contact for customer issues, tickets and service requests Help customers maximize value of NextPort solutions and identify continuous improvement opportunities Requisitos principales 3+ years in the container terminal industry (5+ years preferred) Strong understanding of terminal operations (vessel, yard, gate, rail, equipment) Experience managing projects, system implementations, or operational improvement initiatives Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally

## Description
