 * Salesforce Platform Developer II certification
 * Tableau Desktop Foundation certification, * Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations
 * Advanced expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce development
 * Strong understanding of Salesforce security models and sharing architecture
 * Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices
 * Proven experience using Tableau software with Salesforce reporting
 * Proven experience designing large-scale Salesforce implementations
 * Strong knowledge of API integration patterns and middleware solutions

The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-level Salesforce solutions on a development team., * Design scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements and technical standards

 * Lead technical design sessions and provide guidance to development teams
 * Develop complex customizations using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies
 * Create and maintain technical documentation including solution design documents
 * Establish best practices for development, security, and performance optimization
 * Mentor junior developers and provide technical oversight of deliverables
 * Evaluate new Salesforce features and technologies for potential implementation
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and propose technical solutions
 * Manage integration with external systems and third-party applications
