* Experience building and deploying AI applications in production environments

 * Proficiency in Python and modern application development practices
 * Strong systems design and solution architecture capabilities
 * Ability to evaluate multiple approaches and determine the best implementation strategy

Business & Product Partnership

 * Experience working directly with business stakeholders, customers, or product teams
 * Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
 * Excellent communication and presentation skills
 * Strong product mindset with a focus on business outcomes, * Multi-agent systems
 * Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
 * Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, Chroma, etc.)
 * AI-powered workflow automation
 * Agent orchestration platforms and frameworks
 * Coding agents or AI-assisted developer tools
 * Cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP
 * Experience in regulated or enterprise-scale environments, You combine deep AI engineering expertise with strong business acumen.
