## About the Role

* 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Data Analyst, or similar role.
 * Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex joins, CTEs, subqueries, window functions, and performance optimization.
 * Strong experience with Python, particularly Pandas and NumPy, for data analysis.
 * Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
 * Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, relational databases, and data modeling.
 * Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
 * Strong knowledge of data quality, data validation, reconciliation, and profiling.
 * Ability to translate business requirements into technical/data requirements.
 * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
 * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

 * Experience in the banking or financial services domain.
 * Knowledge of banking products such as deposits, loans, payments, cards, mortgages, or wealth management.
 * Experience with AWS, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, or Hadoop.
 * Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline concepts.
 * Experience with Alteryx, SAS, or Informatica.
 * Knowledge of data governance, data lineage, and regulatory reporting.
 * Experience working with cloud-based data platforms.
 * Familiarity with Jira and Confluence., Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
