This role develops, maintains, and supports enterprise endpoint infrastructure, platforms, and services across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments. The Senior Systems Engineer will support technologies spanning endpoint management, patch management, software delivery, vulnerability remediation, endpoint security, configuration management, and automation. Relevant platforms may include Tanium, Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM), Microsoft Intune, Broadcom Altiris, BigFix, Ivanti, or similar enterprise endpoint management and software distribution technologies. This engineer will partner with architecture, security, infrastructure, and operations teams to continuously improve and mature endpoint services through strategic initiatives, automation, and operational improvements. Senior Systems Engineers are expected to leverage enterprise tooling, scripting, automation, telemetry, and custom applications to monitor service health, optimize performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and improve the reliability and scalability of endpoint services. The role may participate in an on-call rotation supporting routine upgrades, platform maintenance, application support, security remediation, root cause analysis, and post-mortem reviews related to service interruptions or security incidents. The Senior Systems Engineer is expected to operate independently while also serving as a technical mentor to other engineers.
