Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits, performance considerations, development standards, and deployment practices. Experience with Agile software delivery methodologies. Strong written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills. Ability to communicate technical architecture and tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience applying AI, generative AI, predictive analytics, or Salesforce Agentforce capabilities to enterprise workflows ## Description We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to support a mission-critical Federal Health IT program for the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). The Salesforce Architect will provide technical leadership and architectural direction for enterprise Salesforce solutions supporting complex business processes, data integrations, workflow automation, reporting, and digital services.
