Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Experience in process improvement, operations, or business analysis.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Knowledge of Cloud, SaaS, eCommerce, or IT services environments .
Familiarity with ticketing systems (Freshdesk or similar), Excel, reporting tools, and process documentation.
Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office is a plus.
Understanding of IT distribution, vendor ecosystems, or channel business is an advantage.
Interest in Cybersecurity technologies and cloud security concepts.
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), Security Fundamentals (SC-900), AWS Cloud Practitioner, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, or vendor cybersecurity certifications are highly valued.
