## Description

The selected candidate will serve as a Lead ServiceNow Developer and ServiceNow Administrator, providing hands-on technical leadership while working with stakeholders, architects, developers, and project teams. The role requires deep expertise across ServiceNow modules, enterprise integrations, ITSM/ITOM/ITAM/CMDB, security, automation, DevOps, and platform architecture., Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation and modernization initiatives.
Serve as the technical lead and ServiceNow Administrator for the platform.
Perform hands-on configuration, customization, development, integrations, and administration.
Provide quality assurance and technical oversight for project deliverables.
Lead architecture discussions with executives and stakeholders covering scalability, risks, modernization, and platform strategy.
