This individual will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, helping gather business needs, coordinate discussions, document requirements, and ensure project activities continue moving forward. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, organizing complex initiatives, facilitating meetings, and driving follow-through across multiple stakeholder groups. The position is highly collaborative and business-focused, requiring strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. While this role will support business requirements gathering and documentation efforts, it is not a traditional Business Analyst, Project Manager, Product Manager, or Process Improvement role. Technical solutioning and system design responsibilities will remain with the IT organization and implementation partners. Key Responsibilities Partner with business stakeholders to understand and document current business processes and future-state needs for a new e-commerce platform. Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate stakeholder meetings and working sessions. Capture detailed meeting notes, decisions, risks, dependencies, and action items. Follow up with stakeholders to gather information, clarify requirements, and maintain momentum across project activities. Support the transition of business requirements to IT teams for technical analysis and solution design. Assist in documenting future-state processes and workflows.
