## About the Role

o 3+ years of IT Support or Service Desk experience in a heterogeneous environment (Windows and MacOS)
o Strong Windows and MacOS troubleshooting skills, especially for user and machine configuration issues (Linux is a plus)
o Experience managing incidents and tasks within SLA requirements, ideally using Jira Service Management
o Hands-on hardware support experience including laptop provisioning/imaging, device deployment, and inventory management
o Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical users, plus strong patience and customer service

## Description

o Manage and resolve IT incidents and tickets for local and remote employees according to SLA processes and guidelines
o Provide onboarding support for new employees, including a 30 to 45-minute technology onboarding session and first-day setup guidance
o Administer and support core collaboration tools including Jira, Confluence, Slack, Miro, and Office 365, including access support and documentation
o Diagnose and support computer hardware and peripherals (including printers), and keep meeting rooms and office desk setups up to date through periodic testing
o Handle device provisioning, inventory, and reimaging/wipe processes for internal equipment while following company rules and hygiene protocols
