* 8+ years of experience in COBOL, CICS, JCL, DB2, VSAM, IMS
 * 8+ years of experience designing, programming, and architecture in a mainframe environment.
 * 8+ years of experience with RMDS/EXPEDITER/File-Aid for IMS/DB2
 * Strong Analytical and troubleshooting skills.
 * Experience in Mainframe Modernization and Migration projects.
 * Excellent communication skills (oral and written), interpersonal, and organizational.
 * Self-motivated with ability to work well with other groups in an enterprise wide, large-scale matrix environment.
 * Experienced in Agile methodology.

Desired:

 * Strong Communications Skills
 * Knowledge of JSON and Cloud technologies are a plus Banking domain experience.
 * Good to have experience in AWS, Azure or related cloud platform.
 * Experience in implementing high volume transactions processing applications.
