* 5+ years of experience in data analytical skills
 * 7+ years of experience in an application production support role
 * Knowledge of the ITIL framework
 * Working knowledge of ServiceNow and ITSM data models
 * Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Python, and Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
 * Hands-on experience with Generative AI / LLM tools (Copilot, GPT, etc.)
 * Experience with prompt engineering techniques (prompt chaining, context setting, evaluation)
 * Knowledge of statistical analysis, machine learning, and data mining techniques
 * Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills
 * Ability to translate technical findings into business recommendations

## Description

* Design, test, and optimize AI prompts in Copilot to accelerate data exploration and root cause analysis
 * Automate insight generation from structured and unstructured data
 * Develop reusable prompt frameworks and playbooks for common business use cases
 * Partner with engineering teams to embed AI-driven analysis into workflows (AIOps, dashboards, reporting)
 * Validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, bias, and business relevance
 * Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies
 * Translate data findings into clear business narratives and recommendations
 * Apply advanced techniques like clustering, classification, and anomaly detection to uncover hidden patterns
 * Build and maintain predictive models leveraging machine learning and AI
 * Build dashboards and visualizations in Power BI or Tableau to communicate insights
 * Use AI tools to generate automated summaries and trend explanations
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and analytics requirements
 * Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency, and support governance and compliance requirements
