* Ensure availability and reliability of data center operations
 * Diagnose and repair hardware and network issues
 * Perform root cause analysis on hardware/software failures
 * Train internal teams and develop technical documentation
 * Provide hands-on technical support to data center teams
 * Develop scripts for server and network hardware updates
 * Maintain inventory and manage equipment installations
 * Conduct maintenance on test and tooling equipment
 * Travel occasionally to other data center locations, Auditing
