Engineering Best Practices: * Familiarity with Git for version control and navigating command-line environments. * Capable of effectively debugging client-side applications. * Superior communication skills and a collaborative mindset for high-functioning teams. Nice To Have: * Exposure to containerization/build tooling (Docker, Kubernetes, Gradle, Vite/Webpack), state management and styling (Redux/Vuex, CSS preprocessors), Elasticsearch, Spring ecosystem runtimes (Boot, Netty, Tomcat, Resin), and LLM/agentic development. ## Description This is a hybrid role based in our Columbus, OH office, requiring in-office days on Tuesdays and Thursdays each week. As an Intermediate Full Stack Software Engineer at impact.com, you will create and support features on our platform which are used by many of the world's top brands to grow their businesses. You will be a member of our Data Viz squad, building dynamic data presentation features that provide an intuitive, high-performance, and interactive experience for our end users. In this role, you will become proficient in the latest in Java, React, Unit Testing, TDD, JavaScript, Spring and agentic workflows, while mastering our enterprise platform and codebase.
