Nice to Have * Experience with Kubernetes and GitOps. * Experience building high-load or high-availability systems. * Experience with event-driven architectures. * Experience with Web3, blockchain, fintech, or other transaction-heavy products. * Experience integrating LLM APIs or AI capabilities into production products. * Experience with TypeScript / Node.js or other backend technologies. ## Description We are looking for a strong Tech Lead with deep software engineering and backend expertise to lead a small engineering team and take ownership of technical decisions, architecture, and engineering quality. This is a hands-on role - you will drive the technical direction of the team while staying deeply involved in production development, architecture, and solving complex engineering challenges. You will lead a small cross-functional team consisting of 3 Software Engineers and 2 QA Engineers. Our core backend stack is Go, so we are looking for someone with strong commercial Golang experience and a solid background in building scalable, distributed systems. We also expect you to actively leverage AI tools to improve engineering quality, productivity, and development velocity.
