## About the Role

* At least two years of experience in software engineering, with expertise in the following areas: Linux system and tool development, shell scripting, high-level programming languages (Python, Ruby, Java, Go, or similar)
 * Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts across diverse audiences
 * Profound understanding of diagnostic processes
 * Creativity in solving unique technical challenges and proficiency in efficient coding practices
 * Experience with over-the-air (OTA) software updates in vehicles or consumer electronics, vehicle infotainment UI development experience, and/or experience with vehicle communication protocols (CAN, LIN, etc.) are nice-to-haves

What You'll Do

 * Develop and refine automated diagnostic processes and tools both on the vehicle and outside it
 * Create and maintain robust regression/validation frameworks for our diagnostic platform
 * Balance diagnostic simplicity with regulatory compliance, pioneering proactive diagnostic systems
 * Work to improve the product to benefit function and serviceability
 * Innovate in automating complex vehicle diagnostics, integrating custom solutions and platform enhancements
 * Equip service technicians with advanced tools and data for efficient vehicle diagnosis
 * Analyze extensive data sets for predictive trends and actionable insights
