The IT Engineer is responsible for keeping Skillable's internal technology running so employees can do their best work. Own the hands-on engineering behind identity, devices, and the everyday apps the team relies on. Lead complex technical issues, investigations through resolution, and serve as an escalation point for the IT Service Desk. Build and support the tools and automation that make internal IT faster and easier to use. Ensure employees are productive, secure, and unblocked through good engineering and thoughtful automation that enables IT to scale efficiently.
