Preferred Qualifications * Experience in financial services, asset management, or other regulated industries. * Experience managing AI proof-of-concept or pilot programs, including defining success criteria and reporting outcomes. * Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph connectors, and enterprise knowledge sources. * Experience training or supporting citizen developers. * Experience with GitHub Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, Claude Code, or similar enterprise AI solutions. * Experience with enterprise technology adoption or change management initiatives. * Familiarity with software development practices, cloud platforms, and AI governance frameworks. ## Description We are seeking an experienced Copilot Developer with hands-on expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio to design, build, test, and deploy AI-powered agents and proof-of-concept solutions. This role combines low-code development, Generative AI, solution consulting, and stakeholder collaboration to translate business needs into secure, scalable, and governed Copilot solutions.
