Master's degree or certifications such as CSM or PMI-ACP preferred. * Pharma GxP software development experience preferred. Preferred Skills: * Experience with Databricks, lakehouse architectures, and modern data modeling standards. * Prior work in Agile settings supporting data science, machine learning engineering, and analytics engineering teams., * Adaptability to changing priorities and requirements. * Collaboration across cross-functional and global teams. * Attention to detail to maintain quality standards in deliverables. * Commitment to continuous improvement of Agile practices and processes. Working Conditions: * Office-based role with hybrid work, including potential remote work and occasional travel to other locations. * Ability to work in a standard office environment using a computer and office equipment. ## Description We are seeking a Scrum Master to join our dynamic team within Commercial BI&T Digital Projects.
