## About the Role

Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure, systems administration, or a similar role.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows 11, and Windows Server environments.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft technologies and Office 365 solutions, which will be a key part of daily support activities.
Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, ports, protocols, and firewall rules, with the ability to troubleshoot communications between systems.
Experience supporting corporate applications, business systems, and ERP platforms.
Experience with mobile device management (MDM) and corporate device support.
Basic PowerShell skills for administration, troubleshooting, and automation.
Strong analytical mindset with a focus on root cause analysis and problem solving.
Ability to work independently, effectively prioritize tasks, and manage multiple activities in a dynamic environment.
Fluent Spanish and English (minimum B2 level), with confidence communicating in international and cross-functional environments.
A continuous improvement mindset and a passion for finding smarter, more sustainable solutions.
