## Description

* Manage and troubleshoot computer networking issues, including LAN, VPN, and firewall configurations to ensure secure and reliable connectivity.
 * Provide expert-level software troubleshooting and resolve technical problems related to operating systems such as Windows, Microsoft 365 etc.
 * Deliver comprehensive IT support and desktop support across multiple platforms, assisting users with hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
 * Respond promptly to help desk requests, documenting incidents accurately and following up to resolution.
 * Maintain and support computer hardware components, including desktops, laptops, servers, and network equipment.
 * Assist with the configuration and management of security tools like firewalls and VPNs to protect organisational data.
 * Communicate effectively with end-users by explaining technical issues clearly and providing excellent customer service.
