 * Hands-on experience with AWS and deployment pipelines
 * Strong Git/version control experience and familiarity with modern DevOps workflows

 * Someone who enjoys collaboration, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced environment

## Description

* Leading backend development across multiple products using Laravel
 * Designing, building, and maintaining complex APIs, microservices, and integrations
 * Working closely with the CTO to plan and architect new features and systems
 * Owning database structures, optimisation, and performance tuning
 * Collaborating with designers and front-end developers to deliver seamless user experiences
 * Ensuring applications meet high standards of scalability, security, and reliability
 * Overseeing hosting environments (Plesk, cPanel, AWS) and recommending improvements
 * Reviewing code, mentoring junior devs, and helping to raise engineering standards across the team
