## Description

We're looking for a naturally curious and analytical Transformation Analyst to provide the insight, evidence and analysis that helps shape transformation strategy, informs investment decisions and demonstrates the value delivered through our transformation portfolio.
What you'll do

As a Transformation Analyst, you'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to gather, analyse and interpret information that supports strategic decision-making and drives meaningful change.

Your responsibilities will include:

 * analysing data and insights to identify opportunities, risks and areas for improvement
 * partnering with stakeholders to gather information and provide evidence-based recommendations
 * supporting the development of business cases, benefits tracking and transformation initiatives
 * providing analysis to support portfolio prioritisation, reporting and decision-making
 * translating complex information into clear, impactful reports and presentations
 * supporting workstream mobilisation, change activities and stakeholder engagement
 * contributing to a collaborative team environment and taking ownership of your professional development.

What you'll need

You'll be comfortable working with complex information, asking insightful questions and turning evidence into meaningful recommendations.
