The platform operates under strict resilience, latency ( 10 seconds SLA), and regulatory (EMIR) constraints. The DevOps function will play a critical role in ensuring high availability, automation, continuous delivery, and operational resilience, while supporting a transition towards cloud-enabled infrastructure. This is a mission-critical system requiring Cat 5 resilience, robust CI/CD pipelines, strong monitoring, and disaster recovery capabilities. The solution will initially be deployed on-prem, with future migration to AWS (multi-AZ, multi-region). Responsibilities Identify and resolve security vulnerabilities in AWS infrastructure, applications, and CI/CD pipelines. Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support automated and secure software delivery. Deploy and manage applications using Docker and Kubernetes. Manage secrets, privileged access, and artifact repositories. Implement security, monitoring, logging, and disaster recovery best practices. Collaborate with engineering and security teams to improve platform reliability and security. Support cloud migrations and infrastructure hardening initiatives.
