## About the Role

* Great customer relationship skills
 * Task orientated and self motivated
 * Experience with onsite troubleshooting of IT problems, at all levels from desktop support to infrastructure issues
 * Experience with Microsoft 365
 * Ability to multi task and work to a schedule
 * Experience of Microsoft application support, such as Microsoft Office Suite
 * Desktop, laptop and printer troubleshooting
 * Proactive and self-motivated
 * Previous experience within an IT support role for an outsourced IT company
 * Microsoft certification or qualifications
 * Ability to commute to or relocate to Glasgow before starting work

## Description

* Provide IT support via telephone and remote support software
 * Work to a fixed time scale
 * Provide Office 365 support and administration
 * Troubleshoot Windows Server and network issues
 * Provide a high level of customer service to a wide range of users, including those with minimal IT knowledge
 * Liaise with third-party software vendors where required
