You will work on real-world AI systems from experimentation and prototyping to production deployment, with a strong focus on scalability, reliability and business impact. What you will be working on As a Senior AI Engineer, you will: * Design and develop LLM-powered applications and AI agents for complex enterprise use cases. * Build Agentic AI architectures capable of reasoning, orchestrating tasks, using tools and interacting with enterprise systems. * Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions combining LLMs, embeddings, vector databases and enterprise data. * Design advanced NLP pipelines, including semantic search, document classification, entity extraction, intent detection and information retrieval. * Work on AI-assisted code and data transformation, including parsing, dependency analysis, automated code generation, validation and reconciliation. * Develop and optimize solutions using both open-source and commercial LLMs, including models such as Llama, Mistral and GPT. * Implement prompt engineering, fine-tuning and model optimization techniques to improve AI system performance. * Build AI-powered validation and evaluation workflows using automated testing, quality metrics and human-in-the-loop approaches. * Contribute to Computer Vision projects, including image classification, object detection and visual recognition. * Design scalable APIs and AI services and integrate them into existing client environments. * Containerize, deploy and monitor AI solutions in production environments. * Collaborate with Data Engineers, Software Engineers, Data Scientists, business stakeholders and client teams to transform business requirements into production-ready AI solutions. * Contribute to architectural decisions and define technical best practices for AI projects. * Mentor other engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of the team's AI capabilities., We are looking for someone who: * Can take ownership of an AI project from idea to production. * Is comfortable working directly with business and technical stakeholders. * Can make pragmatic architectural decisions rather than simply experimenting with models. * Understands that successful AI systems require much more than an LLM: data quality, evaluation, architecture, APIs, infrastructure, monitoring and user experience all matter. * Enjoys exploring emerging AI technologies while maintaining strong software engineering standards. * Can mentor other engineers and contribute to the technical direction of the team.
