## About the Role

You have:

 * Hands-on experience with at least one marketing automation platform such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Bloomreach, Selligent or Braze
 * Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS and SQL
 * Experience building email templates, landing pages, customer journeys and campaign automations
 * Understanding of customer data, segmentation and personalization concepts
 * Knowledge of APIs, integrations and data flows between systems
 * A getting-things-done mentality, eagerness to learn and strong problem-solving skills
 * Basic experience with at least one backend language such as PHP, Python or .NET
 * Experience with frameworks such as Vue.js or React is considered a plus

 * Develop and maintain email templates, landing pages and dynamic content experiences
 * Work with customer data, segmentation and personalization strategies
 * Integrate marketing platforms with CRM, CDP and other business systems
 * Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
 * Challenge the status quo and continuously improve systems, processes and campaign performance
 * Simplify complex technical concepts and communicate them clearly to colleagues and clients
