* Clientbetreuung (Hardware, allgemeine Software, Fachsoftware), Administration von Fachsoftware, Einführung/Installation neuer Versionen, Betreuung von Druckern/Multifunktionsgeräten und das User-Management (Passwort-, Benutzer- und Gruppenverwaltung, Berechtigungs- und Ablagestrukturverwaltung, Schulungen) sowie Einweisung von Erstanwendenden
 * Management und die Betreuung von Telekommunikationsmitteln (Telefone, Smartphones, etc.)
 * Plane eigenständig oder im Team IT-Projekte und führe diese durch
 * Evaluiere stetig neue Technologien und Produkte
