 * Erfahrung mit ELT-Pipelines, SQL und Tools wie dbt, Airbyte oder Fivetran
 * Routine im Umgang mit Cloud Data Warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks) und grundlegende Kenntnisse in Docker und GitLab CI/CD
 * Erfahrung mit Dimensional Modeling (Kimball, Inmon, idealerweise Data Vault)
 * Erfahrung mit BI-Tools (Power BI, Tableau, idealerweise Qlik Sense)
 * Erfahrung in der KI-assistierten Entwicklung (Coding-Assistenten wie GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor o.ä.) zum Schreiben und Reviewen von SQL und dbt-Modellen) und kritischer Umgang mit KI-Output
 * Fähigkeit, technische und fachliche Anforderungen in robuste Datenprodukte zu übersetzen
 * Qualitätsbewusstsein, analytische Denkweise und strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke, sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

## Description

* Aufbau und Betrieb der semantischen Grundlage, auf der BI, Self Service und KI bei ista aufsetzen
 * Datentransformation und -modellierung: du entwickelst dbt-Modelle nach unseren Layer-Konventionen und schreibst komplexe SQL-Abfragen selbstständig und mit KI-Support
 * Sicherstellung von Daten- und Engineering-Qualität durch Tests, DQ-Checks und Dokumentation
 * Erstellung strukturierter Self-Service-Bereiche mit konsistenter KPI-Logik
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit BI Engineers, Data Engineers und Business Stakeholdern
 * Verständliche Kommunikation von Ergebnissen an technische und nicht-technische Stakeholder
