Demonstrated skill in * Advanced proficiency in BI tools and dashboard construction (Power BI / Qlik Sense). * Advanced proficiency in ERP tools (SAP-PP / MM / PM). * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in relational databases and data processing (ETL). * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in programming languages (SQL / VBA). * Intermediate proficiency in statistics applied to data management and continuous improvement. Working knowledge of * Cloud Data Management (Snowflake / Azure). * Industrial Data Management (Sensing / PLC / Data Concentrator / SCADA / MES). * Robotic Process Automation (RPA) / AI / Machine Learning / Data Model. * Process Mapping / BPMN. * AI-Assisted Analytics (using Microsoft Copilot, Power BI Copilot, or similar AI tools) would be an advantage. ## Description Establish and enforce data management excellence standards to optimize manufacturing processes, enhance data analysis techniques, provide practical recommendations to improve Ball's business applications, ensuring data integrity, support decision-making and sustained success. This position can be based out of any EMEA location. Candidates from the EU will be given salary information prior to the interview.
