You will be part of the Business Solutions department, reporting to the Manager Build & Transform. The main mission of the department is to ensure internal performance by providing quality IT solutions. You will work on a variety of internal IT solutions, including mobile applications, and contribute to the strategic vision for digital evolution., * Define and structure User Journeys. * Transform business needs into detailed user journeys. * Identify necessary functionalities. * Manage nominal cases and edge cases. * Structure User Stories and Acceptance Criteria. * Prepare elements necessary for UX/UI work. * Ensure traceability between business needs, UX, and delivery. The Business Analyst will act as a pivot between business, UX/UI, architecture, development, QA, and project management. You will ensure that business needs are accurately translated, user journeys are coherent, screens are exhaustively defined, and that development teams can implement without ambiguity.
