## About the Role

* 1-3+ years of experience in IT support, deskside support, or a similar role.
 * Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365.
 * Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
 * Experience working with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira.
 * Good understanding of basic networking concepts.
 * Knowledge of printers, VPN, and Active Directory.
 * Strong communication and customer service skills.
 * Ability to work independently and professionally in a client-facing environment.
 * Ability to work onsite and respond to coverage requirements when requested., * How many years of IT Support Experience do you have?
