## Description

Dans un environnement de production critique, l'OPS Monitoring Engineer intervient sur la surveillance applicative et technique afin de garantir la disponibilité, la performance et la qualité de service des applications.

Le poste est orienté exploitation (Run) et observabilité, avec une forte utilisation de Dynatrace.

Votre quotidien sera rythmé par :

 * Assurer la surveillance en temps réel des applications et infrastructures via Dynatrace (outil central)
 * Exploiter les outils de supervision : Dynatrace, ServiceNow, Splunk
 * Analyser les alertes, incidents et dégradations de performance
 * Qualifier, prioriser et suivre les incidents en production (Run)
 * Créer, maintenir et faire évoluer des tableaux de bord Dynatrace (KPI, SLA, performance applicative)
 * Apporter une valeur ajoutée via l'analyse des métriques et la visualisation des données
 * Collaborer avec les équipes applicatives et support pour le diagnostic des incidents
 * Alimenter les outils ITSM (ServiceNow) : tickets, suivi, escalades
 * Participer à l'amélioration continue de la supervision et de l'observabilité

le poste est centré sur l'exploitation, l'analyse et l'utilisation des outils, pas leur déploiement ou paramétrage avancé.
