 * Professional certifications related to systems engineering, project management, or integration technologies.
 * Experience leading engineering teams or technical workstreams.

## Description

Asi Equitazione Systems is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Systems Integration Engineer to oversee the design, implementation, and integration of complex technical systems across our organization. The successful candidate will lead integration projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless interoperability between hardware, software, and operational systems.

 * Design and implement integration solutions between software platforms, hardware systems, and third-party technologies.
 * Analyze system requirements and develop technical integration strategies.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across multiple environments.
 * Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project management teams to ensure successful project delivery.
 * Develop and maintain system architecture documentation, interface specifications, and integration procedures.
 * Conduct testing, validation, and performance assessments of integrated systems.
 * Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering team members.
 * Ensure compliance with industry standards, security requirements, and company policies.
