* Solid Experience in software development (preferably in multiple languages) and a high standard for code quality.
 * The ability to develop backend and frontend applications from start to finish, using modern tools and technologies.

## Description

As a Senior Software Engineer in the AS & DS department, you will work alongside your colleagues to ensure that innovative solutions are successfully implemented in the Defence related field.

Together with a multidisciplinary project team, you will take our innovative software solutions and turn them into fully functional, production-grade code. This could involve developing software for tasks such as classifying naval vessels or identifying and tracking airborne objects., As a Software Engineer, you will be at the forefront of transforming innovative solutions into fully functioning software. You'll be part of a dynamic team where you'll provide technical leadership, work with cutting-edge technologies, and contribute to projects that make a meaningful impact in military innovation., * Translate innovative solutions into working software across various projects.

 * Lead and provide technical guidance to a team of professionals.
 * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop prototypes and integrate software.
 * Handle sensitive information responsibly, ensuring confidentiality and security.
 * Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a proactive approach.
 * Communicate effectively in both Dutch and English, ensuring smooth collaboration.
 * Provide motivation and direction to teams to achieve project goals
