* Formación en FP ASIR (Administración de Sistemas Informáticos en Red)

 * Nivel junior con 0 a 2 años de experiencia en entornos IT

 * Experiencia o conocimientos en:

 * Monitorización de sistemas

 * Gestión de incidencias

 * Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos 24x7 (mañana, tarde y noche)

 * Capacidad para trabajar de forma estructurada, siguiendo procedimientos

Requisitos valorables

 * Conocimientos en:

 * Sistemas operativos Windows y Linux

 * SQL Server

 * Herramientas de monitorización

 * Conocimientos básicos de entornos mainframe (JES, TSO, TSS)

 * Certificaciones en tecnologías mainframe u open

## Description

Buscamos un/a Operador/a de Sistemas IT para incorporarse a un equipo de soporte técnico en un entorno crítico que combina tecnologías mainframe y sistemas open.
La persona seleccionada participará en tareas de monitorización continua, gestión de incidencias y soporte operativo, trabajando en turnos rotativos dentro de un servicio 24x7.
Funciones principales

 * Monitorización 24x7 de sistemas mediante consolas de servicio (entornos mainframe y open)

 * Gestión y resolución de incidencias siguiendo procedimientos establecidos

 * Escalado de incidencias cuando sea necesario

 * Ejecución de tareas operativas y seguimiento de alertas

 * Garantizar la continuidad del servicio y correcta operación de los sistemas
