## About the Role

 * Praktische Erfahrung mit Microsoft Copilot Studio sowie Entwicklung oder Konfiguration von Copilot-Agenten (mindestens 1 Referenz)
 * Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen, Dokumentationen oder vergleichbaren Wissensmaterialien (mindestens 2 Referenzen), * Erfahrung in der Befähigung von Citizen Developer bei der Entwicklung und Nutzung von Low-Code-, KI- oder Copilot-Lösungen (Intermediate > 3 Jahre Erfahrung)
 * Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Durchführung von Community- und Enablement-Formaten, insbesondere Workshops, Sprechstunden, Hackathons oder vergleichbaren Formaten (mindestens 1 Referenz)
 * Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Guidelines, Nutzungsempfehlungen, Best Practices oder organisatorischen Rahmenwerken für Copilot-, KI- oder Low-Code-Lösungen (mindestens 1 Referenz)
 * Erfahrung bei der Konzeption von Dokumentations- und Nachverfolgungsprozessen für Anwendungen, Automatisierungen oder KI-Lösungen (mindestens 1 Referenz)
 * Nachweisbare praktische und theoretische Kenntnisse im Umfeld des SAFe-Frameworks (Intermediate > 3 Jahre Erfahrung)
