## About the Role

* Proven experience (5+ years) as a Digital Product Designer or similar role.
 * Capable of collaborating effectively within a team while also demonstrating the ability to independently manage your workload
 * Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and UX best practices
 * Profound knowledge of mobile-first design patterns
 * Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design projects, including mobile app design.
 * Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe CS and Figma.
 * Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and rationalize cross-functional teams
 * Experience working in an agile development environment
 * Excellent collaboration and communication skills

## Description

* Collaborate with product managers, solution architects, developers, and stakeholders to shape new features from concept to launch
 * Clearly document and communicate design decisions to stakeholders across all levels, including leadership and development teams
 * Contribute to the overall product experience and long-term design vision
 * Translate user needs and business goals into clear, intuitive, and engaging designs
 * Create wireframes, wireflows, and high- and low-fidelity prototypes (primarily in Figma)
 * Ensure consistency with our design system while driving innovation where appropriate
 * Identify gaps in the design system and build new or updated components
 * Plan and conduct user research and usability testing, together with our (external) UX research partners, to inform and validate design decisions
 * Leverage user insights and data to guide and support design choices
 * Advocate for user needs while balancing technical constraints and business goals
 * Work closely with product managers and functional analysts during the feature refinement phase to ensure all business and user needs are clear
 * Work closely with developers during implementation to ensure high-quality execution of designs
 * Stay up to date with trends and best practices in UX/UI, product design, and user behaviour
 * Apply meaningful placeholder copy in designs to support copywriting
 * Design with accessibility in mind, ensuring compliance with European Accessibility Guidelines
