## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene IT-Lehre bzw. HTL-Matura/-Fachschule oder eine ähnliche IT-technische Ausbildung
 * Fundierte IT-Kenntnisse: Netzwerk-Know-how, gängige Betriebssysteme & Microsoft-Produkte
 * Erfahrung als Systemadministrator/in ist von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
 * Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Problemlösungskompetenz

## Description

Als Teil unseres Inhouse-IT-Teams bist du im internen Service-Desk erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Mitarbeiter*innen bei technischen Fragen, Problemen und Anliegen. Dabei sorgst du dafür, dass Hard- und Software zuverlässig funktionieren und deine Kolleginnen und Kollegen bestens arbeiten können. Darüber hinaus hast du innerhalb der Abteilung vielfältige Möglichkeiten, dein Aufgabengebiet zu erweitern und an spannenden Projekten zu arbeiten., * Betreuung der internen IT-Infrastruktur (Soft- und Hardwareinstallationen, Fehlerbehebungen)

 * Support bei technischen Fragen (am Telefon, per Ticketsystem oder Fernwartung)
 * Troubleshooting
 * Umsetzung von IT-Projekten
