## Description

* Ansprechperson bei technischen und fachlichen Kundenanfragen per Telefon oder Ticketsystem
 * Anlegen, Bearbeiten und Weiterleiten von Anfragen im Ticketsystem
 * Selbständiger Anwendungssupport im Microsoft Windows- und Office-Umfeld
 * Anleitung von Mitarbeiter:innen im Rahmen der technischen Betreuung
 * Durchführung standardisierter Einkaufsprozesse in Abstimmung mit Digi:Center Leitung
 * Konfiguration und Bereitstellung von IT-Endgeräten
 * Wartungsarbeiten an der IT-Infrastruktur
 * Mitarbeit an Digi:Center Projekten
 * Regelmäßige Besprechungen zur Koordination
 * Koordinierung der Aufgaben am Service Desk
 * Systementwicklung und Administration des Endpoint Managements
 * Support bei spezifischen Systementwicklungsfällen
