* Verantwortlich für die Definition, Priorisierung und Pflege des Backlogs (User Stories, Features, Epics)

 * Sicherstellung von Datenqualität und Governance, insbesondere für CMDB, ITOM und relevante ServiceNow-Module.

 * Pflege und Aktualisierung von Dokumentationen zu Konfigurationen, Lösungen, Prozessen und Integrationen
