## About the Role

* You have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in consulting and/or the telecommunications sector.
 * You understand telecommunications products, processes and current industry challenges.
 * You can analyse business needs, structure complex information and translate your findings into practical recommendations.
 * You are comfortable facilitating workshops, managing stakeholders and taking ownership of your work.
 * You communicate professionally in English and have a strong command of Dutch or French, with a willingness to further develop the other national language.
 * Additionally, certifications and/or practical experience in PMI, Prince 2, Lean, Agile (SAFe, Scrum), ADKAR/Prosci, ITIL, and analytics (PowerBI, Tables...) is an asset.

## Description

In this role, you'll be instrumental in guiding our clients through transformation journeys, offering tailored solutions that address their unique challenges. Here's a glimpse into what your day-to-day might look like:

 * Facilitating transformation initiatives to drive efficiency gains and enhance customer focus in the telecommunications sector.
 * Analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing solutions aligned with client strategic objectives.
 * Leading discussions and defining communication plans to support employees through significant changes.
 * Conducting business analysis and organizing workshops to improve customer experience and prepare for digital transformation.
 * Collaborating with technical teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure the quality of deliverables.
