Skills and Experience * We're looking for someone who can demonstrate: * The ability to work confidently with technical information and learn new concepts quickly. * A proactive approach to problem solving and driving actions through to completion. * Confidence using technology to improve processes and ways of working. * Experience maintaining trackers, reports, registers and project documentation. * Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail. * Experience managing multiple tasks, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a wider team Desirable Experience * Engineering, telecommunications, rail, utilities, construction or infrastructure projects. * Technical document control, design coordination or supplier management. * Power Automate, Power Query, advanced Excel or similar automation tools. * CAD, GIS, iBwave, Ranplan or related technical platforms. * Project delivery or engineering governance environments ## Description We are looking for a Technical Delivery & Automation Coordinator to support the successful delivery of Project Reach, our programme to provide 4G/5G connectivity across major UK rail infrastructure. Working closely with project teams, engineers and suppliers, you'll help coordinate technical delivery activities, maintain project controls and support the production of design documentation. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing order to complex projects, improving processes and using technology to make teams more efficient.
