You will be responsible for building and maintaining the cloud infrastructure that powers Gravitee's platform, while also supporting our customers with exceptional technical expertise. This is a hands-on, critical role in our organization. The right candidate will enjoy problem solving in a highly specialized and technical way - from delivering production-ready Kubernetes-based environments to investigating complex customer issues. As Gravitee expands into AI Agent Management, the Platform team plays a critical role in ensuring our infrastructure can support AI workloads, agent orchestration, and the demanding performance requirements of real-time AI gateway operations. What You Will Be Doing Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: * Participate in delivering Gravitee NextGen Cloud infrastructure, including environments that support AI Gateway and Agent Management workloads * Deliver production-ready, Kubernetes-based, customer-facing environments - not just POCs * Assist the support team to help customers have the best experience possible with our products * Work with other team members to develop and maintain new infrastructure features * Share your knowledge (tech and non-tech) during internal Gravitee TechTalks * Lead investigation of support tickets and work collaboratively to resolve customer issues * Create knowledge articles to complete documentation and enable customers to better understand product use cases * Be innovative within the team to help improve processes and tools, including exploring AI-driven automation for operations AI & Automation Mindset At Gravitee, we see AI as a force multiplier for engineers, not a replacement for solid engineering fundamentals.
