Réinitialiser la double authentification Microsoft des utilisateurs

 - Installer et configurer les certificats VPN
 - Assurer l'attribution, le prêt et la restitution du matériel informatique
 - Gérer les consommables et assurer le support des copieurs
 - Installer et mettre en service les équipements de visioconférence (barres Polycom)
 - Accompagner les utilisateurs dans la prise en main des équipements
 - Rédiger et mettre à jour les procédures et documentations techniques
 - Assurer un support utilisateurs de premier niveau
 - Participer au suivi et à la gestion des demandes via les outils dédiés
