## About the Role

Infoser New Technologies is looking for a Data Scientist to join their innovative AI engineering environment in Spain. The ideal candidate will have strong Python and machine learning skills and a practical focus on developing AI solutions., * Strong practical focus on AI solution development.

 * Hands-on profile with solid Python and machine learning skills., The selected candidate will contribute to the design, development, experimentation, and delivery of AI and machine learning solutions across different business and technical domains. This role is adecuado for someone who combines solid Python and machine learning skills with a pragmatic mindset, curiosity for AI, and the ability to transform ideas into working solutions that generate real business value.

We are looking for a hands-on profile, not purely academic or theoretical, with the ability to iterate quickly, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and adapt to different AI-related challenges.

## Description

* Design, develop, and iterate AI and machine learning solutions for real-world business use cases.
 * Work across the full AI development lifecycle, from data exploration and experimentation to model evaluation and solution implementation.
 * Build, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models using Python and modern ML libraries.
 * Perform data preparation, feature engineering, model selection, hyperparameter tuning, and performance analysis.
 * Translate business needs into practical AI-driven solutions in collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
 * Develop reproducible, maintainable, and well-documented code.
 * Use modern AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and improve development efficiency.
 * Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, product owners, and business teams to integrate AI capabilities into broader solutions.
 * Support the technical validation of AI approaches, including feasibility analysis, accuracy assessment, limitations, and improvement opportunities.
 * Contribute to best practices around experimentation, version control, model evaluation, and collaborative development.
